I’ve been pondering for sometime now, what’s the difference between an entrepreneur and the 9 to 5’er?
Honestly, I haven’t come up with many. From what I see we actually all want the same things. We want to have our personal needs and the needs of our family met, for our “work” or “career” to allow us some enjoyment and freedom. Lastly, we all want consistency. Stop me when I’m wrong….
But we aren’t here to talk about how we are all the same; I want to talk about what makes us different. When I read this quote I pondered no more! Lol
“Entrepreneurship is living a few years of your life like most people wont, so that you can spend the rest of your life like most people can’t” – Unknown
Man!!!! That quote rang volumes. Truly the only difference is your willingness to sacrifice consistency, comfort and pleasure for a period, in exchange for the opportunity to live your dream. For the literal thinkers, its basic economics, High risk, high reward!
Make a calculated wager, don’t get caught up in the Jones’s, and seize the opportunity to let your dream materialize and be the Jones’s.
